The Frog Prince

On Monday, September 12 through Friday, September 16, 2022 Delta Children’s Museum will present “Missoula Children’s Theatre’s “The Frog Prince” at 1 pm Friday, September 16 at E. E. Bass Auditorium with admission. The Missoula Children’s Theatre’s Residency production will cast up to sixty local children ages K through 12th grade. An “Open Audition” will be held on Monday, September 12 at 5:00 pm at E.E. Bass Auditorium. Those auditioning should be prompt and be prepared to stay 2 hours. Following the first one hour audition, there will be a one hour rehearsal for the cast. The entire show will be cast on Monday at this audition. The “rehearsal schedule” for the show will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00 pm at E.E. Bass Auditorium. The rehearsals will be 2 hours in length ending at 7:00 pm. There will be two rehearsal sites: the Delta Center Stage Prep Room and the main Auditorium. The performance of The Frog Prince will be Friday at 1 pm on September 16 in E.E. Bass Auditorium. This will be a free admission production courtesy of the sponsors of the Residency: Kings Daughters and Sons Circle # 2, the Steve Azar St. Cecilia Foundation, the Greenville Junior Auxiliary and the Mississippi Arts Commission. The Missoula Children’s Theatre personnel will conduct Theatre Workshops in select public, private and parochial school during the week as well. The Missoula Children’s Theatre provides all scenery, costumes and props for the entire production.
